Learn about our Governors
Our aim is to make every pupil’s experience exciting and fulfilling and one they will look back at with genuine happiness. We provide a warm, supportive environment where each child is valued and encouraged to seek challenge, to value effort and to persist in the face of obstacles.
Mrs Susan Marlow
Susan is an active supporter of Holy Trinity and supported the school through its transition from an independent/private school to a Free School. Holding the post of Vice Chair of the PTA until recently, she was and still is a member of the school’s Free School Steering Group, now known as the Parents’ Steering Group and is a Holy Trinity parent. With a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification, Susan is an owner and the Finance Director of Minster Micro Computers which specialises in IT systems and ERP software, with particular focus on forensic accounting.
The Free School is run by its own Trust. Ours is called the Holy Trinity School Academy Trust. The Trust has a Board of Governors responsible for appointing and supervising the work of the Head Teacher, setting goals and objectives for attainment, agreeing the school’s strategic plan, and approving the school’s annual budget. The Board will include up to 10-11 members, including the Head Teacher and two elected parent governors.
